Our Packages

The Malibu Package: Full Planning, Styling & Coordination:  Our most popular package!  This service includes everything you need to plan your wedding day.  We start with the venue search and coordinate with the venue throughout the entire planning process, and from there move on to the budget creation, custom vendor recommendations for all aspects of your wedding and organizing the hotel room block(s).  Our complex design package includes a styling meeting to review decorative features for your entire event, a detailed style packet and recommendation and coordination with all decor vendors and see these ideas through to the day.  As with all of our planning packages, we also provide you with a wedding itinerary that is communicated out to all vendors and our attendance at your ceremony rehearsal and management of your wedding day.

The Laguna Package: Partial Planning, Styling & Coordination:  We start with the venue search and coordinate with the venue throughout the entire planning process, and from there move on to the budget creation, custom vendor recommendations for 3 vendors of your choice.  Our basic design package includes a styling meeting to review decorative features for your entire event, a style packet and recommendation and coordination with all decor vendors and see these ideas through to the day.  As with all of our planning packages, we also provide you with a wedding itinerary that is communicated out to all vendors and our attendance at your ceremony rehearsal and management of your wedding day.

The Newport Package: Styling, Partial Planning & Coordination:  We start with a custom vendor recommendations for a vendor of your choice.  Our basic design package includes a styling meeting to review decorative features for your entire event, a style packet and recommendation and coordination with all decor vendors and see these ideas through to the day.  As with all of our planning packages, we also provide you with a wedding itinerary that is communicated out to all vendors and our attendance at your ceremony rehearsal and management of your wedding day.

The Beverly Hills Package: Full Planning and more, Styling & Coordination:  We start with the venue search and coordinate with the venue throughout the entire planning process, and from there move on to the budget creation, custom vendor recommendations for all aspects of your wedding and organizing the hotel room block(s).  Our complex design package includes a styling meeting to review decorative features for your entire event, a detailed style packet and recommendation and coordination with all decor vendors and see these ideas through to the day.  As with all of our planning packages, we also provide you with a wedding itinerary that is communicated out to all vendors and our attendance at your ceremony rehearsal and management of your wedding day.  Also included in this package are valuable extras for brides and families who really need an extra helping hand including Invitation assembly and mailing, guest list RSVP tracking, hotel arrangements for family, attire coordination, rehearsal dinner planning and post wedding day brunch planning.

The Catalina Package, Coordination: This service begins with a production meeting resulting in a first draft wedding itinerary and moves onto a final walk-through at your wedding venue with all key vendors.  The wedding itinerary is communicated out to all vendors and our team is present to fully manage your ceremony rehearsal and wedding day.
